Neuro Reflex Therapy is a gentle, non‑invasive modality based on neuroplasticity that combines reflex zones therapy, acupressure and modern neuroscience. By stimulating specific points on the scalp, face, hands, feet and other reflex zones, it activates nerve pathways that help release endorphins, balance hormones, reduce inflammation and support nerve regeneration. Treatments are customised to each individual to help improve mobility, ease pain, support emotional wellbeing and enhance overall healing.
Your first visit typically lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. We start with a comprehensive consultation to review your medical history, discuss your symptoms and goals, and identify nerve and reflex points that may be contributing to your issues. The hands‑on portion of the session may include gentle stimulation of reflex zones, scalp or ear acupuncture , and bio‑resonance tools. Afterwards, we’ll discuss a follow‑up plan, including home exercises and lifestyle suggestions.
The number of sessions varies from person to person. Some clients notice improvement after just one or two sessions, while others require a series of treatments to achieve lasting results. We’ll work with you to create a personalised treatment plan and adjust it based on your progress.
Yes. Neuro Reflex Therapy and our other services are non‑invasive and considered very safe. Most clients experience relaxation and relief during and after a session. Occasionally, you may feel mild soreness, tingling or temporary fatigue as your body adjusts. We always tailor our techniques to your sensitivity and monitor your response closely.
No referral is necessary. Our therapies are complementary and can be booked directly by contacting us. We encourage open communication with your healthcare providers, and we’re happy to collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists or other specialists to support your overall care.
Most private medical insurance plans do not cover Neuro Reflex Therapy, Temprana Therapy, bio‑resonance or photobiomodulation because they are considered complementary therapies. Treatments are self‑pay. We offer package pricing and self care plans to help make care more affordable—please ask us for details.
All treatments are delivered by Clementine Ynna, a certified master in Neuro Reflex Therapy and Temprana Reflex Therapy with extensive training in postural alignment, neuro‑acupressure and herbal medicine. She regularly attends advanced workshops and stays abreast of the latest research to ensure clients receive the highest standard of care.
Wear comfortable, loose‑fitting clothing that allows easy access to your feet, hands, head and lower legs. You may wish to bring a list of medications, relevant test results or doctor’s notes. Please avoid heavy meals, applying creams onto skin, caffeine or alcohol before your session, and drink plenty of water afterwards to aid detoxification.
Our clinic is located in Paphos, Cyprus (full address and map are provided on our Contact page). We are open Monday to Friday from 09:00–17:00. If you need an appointment outside of regular hours, please contact us—we’re happy to accommodate where possible.
Many clients feel lighter, more relaxed or notice subtle changes after the first session. However, deeper or long‑standing conditions often require multiple sessions over several weeks. As your body heals, improvements continue between visits. We’ll discuss realistic expectations and track progress together.
Yes. We adapt our techniques for kids, seniors and expectant mothers to ensure treatments are gentle and appropriate. For pregnancy, we avoid certain points and tailor sessions to common prenatal concerns such as back pain, swelling and nausea. Please let us know if you are pregnant or have specific sensitivities so we can adjust your treatment accordingly.
While our therapies are gentle and non‑invasive, some conditions—such as severe infections, uncontrolled cardiovascular issues, open wounds or implanted electrical devices (e.g., pacemakers)—require caution. We’ll discuss any potential contraindications during your consultation and work with your doctor when necessary.
